McDonogh School Campus Green

Schaefer Construction Management  (SCM) assisted the Owner with driving the entire project team (architect, engineers, general contractor, interior designer, etc.) to successful  2013 completion of the New, 44,850 GSF, Naylor Math & Science Building and the  2014 Completion of the new, 70,320 GSF, Ed St. John’s Student Center Building.  Responsibilities included: chaired design and construction progress review meetings; reviewed and approved Applications for Payment; tracked and expedited action items; reviewed/monitored schedule compliance; estimated/negotiated change order requests; and coordinated and expedited all punch list, turnover, move-in and close-out requirements. 

SCM provided on-site monitoring of general contractor work; compliance with plans and specifications; anticipation, documentation and resolution of all change orders; interface with project architect, engineers and end-users on a daily basis to maintain project schedule and cost requirements.
