Damascus Road Community Church

 Hired to revamp DRCC’s original Programmatic Space Plan, SCM wrote the Request for Proposals for the architectural and engineering (A/E) services. SCM interviewed and negotiated final contracts with A/E firms.  Managed overall building and site designs, zoning and development requirements.  Issue Invitations to Bids to qualified General Contractors.  Managed entire Construction Phase, including re-designs, RFI, non-conforming work, change orders, schedule, applications for payment, lien waiver administration, etc.
