These luxury apartments are in a high-end waterfront district, with a spectacular view of the Hudson River and Midtown Manhattan. But the apartment complex Owners had a soggy problem: too
much water in their top floor apartments! The units - those with the best view and the highest revenue potential - had never been rented, from the day they were built. For four years, the units
remained empty as legions of consultants and contractors puzzled over how to repair the damaging leaks. To add to the mess, the rooftop swimming pool was leaking into the garage below.
Within 180 days of our start date, the leaks were gone, and the apartments and garage were permanently dry. Leading a team of new consultants and local contractors, we located the source of the
problems. Then we worked quickly to seal the exterior curtain wall, where the water had infiltrated. A little ingenuity and a fresh approach were all that was needed.
